 | 原理 ： | This assay employs the quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. Antibody specific for ACE has been pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards ａnd samples are pipetted into the wells ａnd any ACE present is bound by the immobilized antibody. After removing any unbound substances, a biotin-conjugated antibody specific for ACE is added to the wells. After washing, avidin conjugated Horseradish Peroxidase （HRP） is added to the wells. Following a wash to remove any unbound avidin-enzyme reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells ａnd color develops in proportion to the amount of ACE bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped ａnd the intensity of the color is measured. | |

Remove serum ａnd assay immediately or aliquot ａnd store samples at -20°C or -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Plasma: Collect plasma using EDTA, or heparin as an anticoagulant. Centrifuge for 15 minutes at 1000 ×g at 2-8°C within 30 minutes of collection. Assay immediately or aliquot ａnd store samples at -20°C or -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. | |

產(chǎn)品描述為適應環(huán)境監(jiān)測中水質(zhì)樣品快速的檢測要求，并與后續(xù)檢測儀器相配套，新儀公司開發(fā)了這款微波COD快速消解儀。該產(chǎn)品的特點是將多達8個加入重鉻酸鉀等試劑后的水樣在設(shè)定的溫度和時間條件下同時密閉微波加熱消解，消解完成后樣品無需轉(zhuǎn)移即可與進口自動電位滴定儀配套使用，迅速得出檢測結(jié)果。微波COD快速消解儀比傳統(tǒng)電熱法消解速度大大提高（8個樣品消解時間在20分鐘左右），試樣消解，故測定結(jié)果，重現(xiàn)性好。
