一、產(chǎn)品簡介：
      防水卷材不透水儀是用來檢測石油瀝青油氈及彈性體瀝青防水卷材的不透水性的儀器，可滿足GB328所規(guī)定的試驗要求，電動氣泵可自動加壓，自動停止工作，是目前較常用的一種儀器。
       適用于各種油氈,油氈紙及其它薄板材料不透水性測定的試驗.本不透水儀采用全銅閥門,耐壓復(fù)合軟管,不銹鋼管件,鍍鉻試樣夾具,機箱整體噴塑,具有透水自動報警功能.本機外型美觀,工作可靠,操作簡單,試驗準(zhǔn)確. 
二、主要技術(shù)參數(shù)
1、系統(tǒng)壓力在0—0.6MPa范圍連續(xù)可調(diào).
2、試驗放置試樣尺寸為φ145mm,數(shù)量3塊.
3、外型尺寸(長×寬×高):700×416×920(mm).
三、主要結(jié)構(gòu)
不透水儀由給排水系統(tǒng),電氣系統(tǒng)及機箱等組成.
給排水系統(tǒng)包括加水管5,加水閥6,放氣閥7,放水閥8,透水盤截止閥9,10,11,透水盤12,13,14,減壓閥15,壓力表16.
電氣系統(tǒng)包括透水報警開關(guān)1,2,3,數(shù)顯時間繼電器17,透水指示燈18,19,20,計時開關(guān)21等組成.
四,工作原理
本機通過氣液轉(zhuǎn)換缸將氣泵的氣體壓力轉(zhuǎn)換為水壓作用在試樣上,防水卷材不透水儀生產(chǎn)廠家質(zhì)優(yōu)當(dāng)不透水盤內(nèi)的試樣有水滲出時,使不透水盤和銅觸頭之間的電阻發(fā)生變化,從而導(dǎo)致電橋發(fā)生不平衡,不平衡電壓經(jīng)放大后驅(qū)動繼電器發(fā)出聲光報警.
使用和操作：
1、在系統(tǒng)無氣泵壓力的情況下,關(guān)閉放水閥8,透水盤截止閥9,10,11,打開加水閥6,放氣閥7,向氣液轉(zhuǎn)換缸內(nèi)加水至距缸頂50mm處.
2、調(diào)節(jié)減壓閥,使氣壓達到試驗要求的壓力.分別慢慢旋開透水盤截止閥9,10,11,使水緩慢充滿不透水盤(不透水盤內(nèi)水位與小O型圈平齊)后關(guān)閉截止閥,然后將試樣放在不透水盤上,盡量使試樣和不透水盤內(nèi)的水充分接觸,用壓蓋將試樣固定在透水盤上,并用螺栓壓緊壓蓋.
3、打開電源開關(guān),并將報警開關(guān)旋到"開"的位置.調(diào)整時間繼電器至所需時間,分別打開透水盤截止閥9,10,11.將計時旋鈕開關(guān)置于"開"位置,開始計時.計時完畢發(fā)出訊響信號.然后斷開計時開關(guān).當(dāng)試樣出現(xiàn)透水現(xiàn)象后,儀器會自動發(fā)出聲光報警.
4、試驗完成后,關(guān)閉透水盤截止閥9,10,11,旋松壓蓋螺栓,取出試樣.
5、重復(fù)步驟3～8可進行下一次試驗.
6、不進行試驗時,應(yīng)打開放水閥將水排空,同時打開所有閥門和不透水盤壓蓋,保證系統(tǒng)處于干燥,通風(fēng)狀態(tài),以防金屬零件生銹.
五、注意事項
1、不透水儀必須安全接地.
2、不透水盤應(yīng)保持干凈,干燥,每次試驗后須用棉布擦干凈.
3、氣液轉(zhuǎn)換缸內(nèi)水位不能超過刻度線.
4、壓力表需每年校驗一次.
5、試驗時試驗人員不應(yīng)隨意離開,如需離開請關(guān)閉電源和不透水盤截止閥.
